There really isn’t a whole lot of information on the topic which is partially why I have decide to write another blog post about it.
If you are looking for some sort of well research fasting article explaining the ins and outs of fasting, this isn’t it. This is just an honest update on how things have progressed in the past few months, and my opinions on why fasting is working to help keep my depression under control.
